Synopsis
Matsurika is a female official in the Inner Palace whose one small talent is a memory better than most people's. One day she agrees to rehearse a marriage meeting, playing the partner for a young man from a distinguished family. The man who turns up is Emperor Hakuyou, who was curious to try a marriage meeting himself. Interested in her memory, he orders her to sit the civil service exam and pass it. Maho Film animates this Chinese-style Cinderella story of drama, fantasy and romance, adapted from a light novel.
