Synopsis
Uehara Yuuki is a nerdy high school student who has drawn what he thinks is the ideal romantic comedy heroine, shy and innocent. An editor at the publisher he hopes to work with rejects his manga as stale and unrealistic, and he sinks into despair. That puts him in the way of Miyamoto Niina, a cheerful, good-looking classmate who also wants to be a manga artist and has heard the same criticism. Since neither has any romantic experience, she suggests they pretend to date. Miyamoto is nothing like Uehara's heroine, and he is nothing like the confident hero of her story. ROLL2 adapts the manga as an ecchi romantic comedy.
